MEMBERSHIP

Annual membership fee: $25 per Club member

Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Lane County Clubs are open to all youth 6 years-old (and have completed Kindergarten) to 18 years old (and in 12th grade). Membership forms must be completed by a parent or guardian annually and dues must be paid for a boy or girl to become a member. 

The Boys & Girls Club of Western Lane County membership year runs from September 1st through August 31st. P.A.C.E. Program registration begins on August 21th for the 2020-2021 school year.

PROGRAMS

We are a private non-profit 501(c)3 agency and receive funds from sponsoring businesses, individuals, grants, service clubs, foundations, special events, and caregivers/parents/guardians. Our programs are not funded from state or federal dollars. Although we receive support from our community, our Club relies on the income from program fees in order to sustain operations and provide quality programs.

All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Payment for Membership, Sports, P.A.C.E. Programs, After School and Summer Programs, or any other event, must be paid IN ADVANCE.

ELEMENTARY P.A.C.E. PROGRAM (This program and fees will be in effect until youth return to on campus education)

P.A.C.E. is an all-day program that will allow our staff to help your children with their Distance Learning activities in the morning while engaging in traditional Club activities in the afternoon.

RATES - $125 per week per member - $100 per week for member's siblings

PROGRAM HOURS: 7:45am – 5:00pm (check-in 7:45 am – 8:45 amMonday-Friday

PROGRAM GRADES: 1st - 5th Grade

  • Must have a current yearly membership ($25).
  • Payments due by the 1st of each month or on the first day of attending
  • Does not include Summer Program, which is separate

 

ELEMENTARY SUMMER BRAIN GAIN PROGRAM

$100 per week per child or $900 for all summer weeks per child

Daily rate of $25 available, please see front desk at Club (must have an active annual membership)

PROGRAM HOURS: 7:45 am - 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday

PROGRAM GRADES: Kindergarten (must have completed) - 4th Grade

  • Must have a current 2019-2020 yearly membership ($25). You must register for membership prior to registering for a program.
  • Payments due by the 1st day of each week

TEEN CENTER P.A.C.E. PROGRAM (This program and fees will be in effect until youth return to on campus education)

FEES - $50 per week per member

PROGRAM HOURS - 7:45 - 4:00 (check in 7:45 - 8:30) Monday – Friday

PROGRAM GRADES: Teens: 6th - 12th Grade

  • Must have a current membership on file ($25 annually)
  • Payment due upon application

 TEEN SUMMER BRAIN GAIN PROGRAM

$100.00 annually per member (includes both after school and summer programming)

PROGRAM HOURS: 10:00 am – 5:30 pm Monday – Friday

PROGRAM GRADES: Tweens: 5th (must have completed) - 7th Grade | Teens: 8th - 12th Grade

  • Must have a current membership on file ($25 annually)

  • Fee is $100 if member has not previously participated in the current year's After School Program
